Terms of purchase

These terms are the contract between you and Kind Purchases LLC (licence 2116281.01), Sharjah Media City (SHAMS), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, trading as CELMAE. Managing director: Rustam Kashapov.

What you buy

Each product is a set of two pillow covers in the size and market you select. Pillow inserts are not included, not sold with the covers, and not required for the contract. Fabric, colour (cream) and finish are described on the product page. Photographs show the pair.

Markets, language and currency

The price, size system and delivery terms on that URL are the ones that apply. Switching market changes the contract currency and the warehouse that ships.

When money is taken

Payment is due when you place the order. Stripe charges your Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay at checkout. The order exists only after Stripe confirms payment. You then receive an email confirmation with an estimated delivery of 1–3 business days after payment.

Delivery

Complimentary shipping. Listed prices include import VAT and duties for advertised destinations. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Details: Shipping.

EU and UK — 14-day withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer in the EU or the UK, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, by emailing [email protected] or using the return form. We then send a prepaid label. You send both unused covers back. We refund within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

CELMAE also offers a 30-day courtesy return for unused, undamaged sets in every market. Used or damaged covers cannot be returned. Full rules: Returns.

Contract language

These terms are in English. That is the language of the shop and of Merchant Center listings.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any right that cannot be limited under the law of your country of residence. Covers are for household use as described.

Law

Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply. For other disputes, the courts of Sharjah, UAE, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to EU/UK consumer court rights.
